Millar uses a combination of instant film, gold and silver leaf and paint. Using a combination of techniques, he creates delicate and detailed collage-like pieces with an intriguing mix of reality and fantasy.

Millar works exclusively with a vintage Polaroid SX-70 camera, while exploring the possibilities of analog instant film through manual manipulation. With his gold leaf Polaroid collection, Millar has carved out a unique place within the spectrum of pre-collection art.
